We will gladly issue a refund for the value of unused, non-defective merchandise, minus a 10% restocking fee, returned within 15 days (postmarked) from the date of receipt.

How to Return Unused, Non-Defective Merchandise:

  • Complete the Return Authorization Form here. Customer Service will review for approval and reply via email within 3–4 days.
  • Print and enclose approval document received from Customer Service along with the return merchandise packed securely in a well sealed box, or original packaging if possible.

**When returning merchandise, please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery, and keep a copy of these details for your records. Eyes of the Forest, Inc. is not responsible for any lost returns for which customers cannot provide proof of delivery.



Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment (please check your credit card statement to verify when your refund is posted). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately. You must place a claim within 7 days of delivery to be issued a credit or to be reshipped replacement item(s) for damaged/defective items.
