Customer Service Return Policy
We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise returned (postmarked) within 15 days from the date of receipt.
How to Return Merchandise:
- Email orders@to-goware.com and request a Return form.
- Complete the form and make a copy to keep for your records.
- Enclose the original form along with the return merchandise packed securely in a well sealed box, or original packaging if possible.

**When returning merchandise, please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery, and keep a copy of these details for your records. Eyes of the Forest, Inc. is not responsible for any lost returns for which customers cannot provide proof of delivery.
Be advised, we cannot process any returns or exchanges without the original packing slip/invoice - please be sure to include your packing slip/invoice along with your Return form.
Refunds
Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment (please check your credit card statement to verify when your refund is posted). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Customer Service immediately at orders@to-goware.com.
You must place a claim within 7 days of delivery to be issued a credit or to be reshipped replacement item(s) for damaged/defective items.
Missing Items
